A brief outline of what the walk will include:
A chance to see the wildflower banks alongside the walkway to Jacob’s Ladder and then to the shingle beach halophyte garden. Plenty of seaside specialist flowers and some of the insects that feed on them. Among many others, there should be Sea Kale, Sea Beet and Sea Carrot, Sea Campion and Yellow Horned Poppy, and the Burnet Moths should be flying.

Type of terrain
Roadway down is a bit steep but has handrails, then tarmac path and shingle beach but on the firm part of the shingle. most of the walk is fully accessible with the opportunity to miss out the final section on the shingle.
Any advice on what to wear/bring
Nothing is essential but a camera is useful and a hand lens if you have one. Dress appropriately for the weather.
