Leaders Sidmouth Coastal Community Hub and Sidmouth School of Art. They are working with community groups to revitalise the riverside walkway, exploring biodiversity and heritage in the area. Through a series of workshops they will make, create and inspire new artworks and information boards for the area to make it an attractive space to explore, learn and relax in. |
Details Session 1 – Riverside Art Trail art and mark making. Led by Community Artist Coco Hodgkinson. Explore the riverside walkway and collect stamps to complete our riverside rubbing trail. Have a go at mark making to explore animal and nature prints to inspire our design for the riverside walkway seating. Session 2 – Biodiversity in the River Sid print making. Led by Artist Printmaker Emma Molony this session is a relaxed drop-in; come and have a go at simple monoprinting inspired by the biodiversity of the River Sid. |

What should I bring Comfortable weather appropriate old clothes. The events are outdoors with some weather protection gazebos. |
